I'd definatley have to say Chris Rock, because I loved Dogma!
Plus, he just seems to be a lot more naturally funny, while Chris Tucker tries too hard... They're both loud and obnoxious, but Rock is better at it!

I really don't think it's much of a decision.
Chris Rock is loud and hilarious. Chris Tucker is loud and annoying.

Well, I personally think Chris Rock is loud and fucking annoying, and Chris Tucker is loud and...well, not annoying. I don't find either one of them very funny, but I'll give the vote to Tucker simply because he doesn't annoy me so badly. I hate to use the "loud and..." analogy again, but djtestudo has it on the ball.

Nonetheless, I like CR in a stand-up role, not the movies. For CT, haven't seen his stand-up, and don't like him in movies.

I don't like Rock's stand-up, 90% of which seems intent on making me feel bad for being white, and I like Tucker's movies. So Tucker.

Apples and Oranges.
C Rock is not a good impersonator or actor if you ask me. Rock is a Tremendous stand up and televsion show writer/actor. Tucker is a good stand up (OR WAS when he cursed) in a HIP HOP kind of way yet Hilarious on Film..Friday, 5th Element, Rush Hour 1-2....even his parts in Dead Presidents and Jacie Brown. Cant DECIDE! |

Every time I hear Tucker I want to Donkey Punch him in the face, I love Rock because he has great stand up comedy, true, he can take it too far with the white issues but I think some of it is pretty thoughtful and bold.

Chris Elliot.
Some of Chris Rock's stuff is hysterical, and some is just ranting. Chris Tucker was a trip in the 5th Element, but that's it for what I know of him. Chris Elliot, however, is a comic genius.

Those of you who voted for Rock obviously haven't seen Chris Tucker's stand up. The boy is a comedic genious. He's kinda fell off the map recently which sucks, but he'll be back, even if it is just with Rush Hour 3. But yeah definately Tucker.
