Starship Troopers, CG style
Has anyone else watched these? They follow the titling format of "Starship Troopers:The Earth Campaign". I've found them to be much more enjoyable than the movie. While the cg isn't square quality or anything, the stories themselves are somewhere in between (in terms of style) the movie and the book. I highly recommend them. Netflix has them, for those that use that service.

Roughnecks!!!!
I love it. Shows them wearing the combat suits that they are supposed to be wearing in the movie, but was just not possible due to costs. It's a great series... Was also Exec Produced by Paul Veerhoven.

Ity's really friggin awesome,. I didnt liek the movie so much, but i read the books later on, and REALLY liked the CG show. It's on dvd and everything.. my entire department in college loved it..
but then again.. we were studying computer animation and graphics... The story is pretty faithful to the books versus the movie.. |

This is the old CG series right? Came out about 5 years ago.
Or is there something new that I don't know about?

My problem with this CG series was that no one dies. Or am I missing something? It was sort of like the GI Joe animated series where everyone bails out right before the missile hits.
Did this series pick up or am I flat out wrong? I own Tesca and Pluto and have never watched them. I was told they were made for kids and have no character deaths, just bugs. One of my fav books, took my Dad to see the movie and we both enjoyed it but didn't love it.
