Spoiler Text
Even if you write spoilers in your post someone may still read a bit of it while trying to scroll by.If you wish to write things in your post about a film but don't want to spoil it for others use these codes. Depending on what color your post will be:
Dark Cloud: 383B4C =dark blue 46495A =light blue I forgot to do the other themes: SandStorm: B9B6A5=dark beige C7C4B3=light beige TFP 4.0 1D444D=dark bluish 224953=light bluish syntax: [|color=383B4C]text goes here Just remove the | in the first tag. Your text will now be the same color as the post background, making it invisible. If posters want to read your spoiler they can highlight the text and spare all those who don't want to read it even accidentally. Just a tip. |
Doesn't work for me in the Sandstorm style... perhaps someone could suggest a
tag hack like I've seen on other boards in the suggestion forum.
Of course I'm happy so long as spoilers are pointed out either in the thread title or in capital letters, SPOILER, in the post with a few spaces of warning so I can zip right past it. |

Of course Holo deserves credit for mentioning the hiding of spoilers too. But I think the spoiler tag will work out quite a bit better.

wow...just another reason to like this board. The admins not only post but they listen to good ideas. I forgot about the other themes so my idea wouldn't work for all anyway. I'm used to forums with black bgs I guess ;)

Great Idea Batman, and thanks Hal for putting it in.
