Has anyone seen the Kevin Costner movie, JFK? I just finished watching it for the first time today, and woah. If everything they showed is accurate, it's scary how deep and thourough the cover-up was.
I want to hear your thoughts on the movie. We can move this to paranoia if we get to far off track.

Unfortunately, everything in the movie was not accurate. Oliver Stone took more than just a few "creative liberties" with the facts

I've always been fascinated by the Kennedy assassination and never bought the Warren Commission version of events (eg. Kennedy was assassinated by a "crazed" lone gunman who in turn was murdered by a "crazed" lone mobster named Jack Ruby while in police custody). However, I don't think that Jim Garrison/Oliver Stone's theory is any more plausible.

I've been meaning to get the DVD for awhile, but still haven't got round to it, i've heard it very good, and i'm quite interested in the JFK conspiracy.

My sentiments exactly Nostromo...

It was a good movie though & I remember at the time It didn't seem to much like I was in the theater for three hours.

I Then again i'm really looking forward to seeing that Open Range movie this weekend and i'm sure it's going to be close to that mark.

JFK was a pretty good movie. I too am pretty interested in the whole JFK murder/conspiracy. But, unfortunately, the movie doesn't stick too closely to the facts.
