How true is JFK?
Has anyone seen the Kevin Costner movie, JFK? I just finished watching it for the first time today, and woah. If everything they showed is accurate, it's scary how deep and thourough the cover-up was.
I want to hear your thoughts on the movie. We can move this to paranoia if we get to far off track.

(see http://edwardjayepstein.com/archived/jfk.htm for a few details). I've always been fascinated by the Kennedy assassination and never bought the Warren Commission version of events (eg. Kennedy was assassinated by a "crazed" lone gunman who in turn was murdered by a "crazed" lone mobster named Jack Ruby while in police custody). However, I don't think that Jim Garrison/Oliver Stone's theory is any more plausible.

My sentiments exactly Nostromo...
It was a good movie though & I remember at the time It didn't seem to much like I was in the theater for three hours. I Then again i'm really looking forward to seeing that Open Range movie this weekend and i'm sure it's going to be close to that mark. |
