Favorite genre? Least favorite?
 

For some reason I like my entertainment violent and scary. With a good dose of black comedy. I want to be shocked and disturbed.

Movies, books, music.

On occasion I like the ultra-artsy, abstract this-is-the-meaning-of-life type.

I don't care for radio music, summer blockbusters (few exceptions) and books about "True Life Scandals". People getting rich off how big of a fuckup they are.


What is your cup of tea? Why?

Well, if Im going to see a movie in theatres I want a good action movie. But if Im going to rent something I usually prefer comedies that I can watch with a few friends and black comedy is definately the best kind of comedy movies.
For books I like fantasy and scifi like GRRM's A Song of Ice and Fire or Altered Carbon. I really like big, epic series.
Entertainment I dont like would be political movies like Bowling for Columbine or adam sandler movies except big daddy was a good movie.

yea good action in the theatres and like to rent a good comedy, i really dont like romance.

but its cool to rent horror movies with ya friends

fav: a tossup between noir and mindfuck (i.e. fight club, first half hour of wild things(after that it went way overboard), the usual suspects, etc) movies.

least fav: er... probably extreme chick flicks. these words arent normally used together, but i mean stuff like how to knit an american quilt, and movies like that.

Favourite Genre: Well....hmmmm... anything thats good. Honestly, I don't really care what genre, just as long as it is a good film. Hrmmm... not really a very good answer is it!? :D

Romantic "Comedies" starring Meg Ryan!
Teen "comedies" like American Pie etc.
Mismatched Partner Cop "Comedies"
Muscle Man Action films, the likes which star Jean Claude Van Damme or Stallone et al. I like action films, but they better be GOOD action films, like something by John Woo.

Favorite genre: Anything worth seeing, but if I had to pick it'd be drama/action. I'll always love movies with intelligent plots and violence.

Least favorite: Sappy romance flics that try to inspire people blah blah blah

i like action movies, hate girly movies too (unless there is lots of nudity and sex).

Least Favorite: Sappy, Mindless and Shallow Teen Dramas like "A Walk to Remember"

Favorite: Anything off-the-wall and groundbreaking in any way.

Least favorite: Chick Flicks

Worst - chick flicks. Why do girls pay money to watch a movie about talking and crying?

best for me are sci fi and action movies worst are romances

Best- Sci fi, "deep" movies(movies that deal with issues, like trainspotting, requim, or the matrix, dark city, etc), and comedies

Worst- I am a fan of all, yes all kinds of movies, basically, anything that has no plot or horrible actors...but if i had to choose what i least favor watching...gotta be chick flicks

Favorite: Movies that are based on serious revenge, yeilding violent retalliation. (Ronin)

Worst: Movies that combine violent action and obvious stupid comedy as if gunplay is one big joke with stunts that would never happen in real life: (Bad Boys II, XXX, The Transporter.)

Best: Action and Sports Movies
Least Fav: Documentary

love war movies, any type of war movies

Yeah I like war movies, they are usually good and some even have a little of each genre. Other than that, I like dark comedies and grainy mexican drug dealer movies. These are the greatest!

I like movies altogether, I probably like comedies most, no real least favouroute atm

Love action and sci-fi movies, most comedy movies and some drama.

Thoroughly despise chick flicks and anime. I know - different strokes for different folks and all, but I really just don't understand how people enjoy this crap.
