Help me find this movie!
I don't know this movie's title.
I know it's an asian movie, I'm thinking Japanese (It's been a long time since I've seen this). I think it's about a hitman. I remember there being a scene in which he prepares poison by crushing a few cigarettes into a glass of water, and letting it sit for a while. Also, I recall another scene where he's on top of a building, teaching a woman how to shoot a sniper rifle. (but no, it's not the Professional). Please help me find this film!:confused: |
La Femme Nikita?

Nope, all the actors were asian.

SaruDama :: Oboreru Sakana - ???? (Tsutsumi Yukihiko 2000)
I haven't seen the one you are talking about or this one. However, there are a bunch of other Japanese movies on that site if it isn't this one. Any other hints? Was it new or old? |
I think the film is from the 90's, if I had to guess... late 90's.
Damn! I can't get this movie out of my head, and I won't be relieved until I finally see it. |
I looked at those films on the site, none of these seem to be the one. Certainly a few new ones worthy of checking out, though, so thanks for the quality link.
I'm starting to lose hope.. Maybe I just don't have enough information. |

Ah well. Google has proven useless for the search terms I can think of, so I'm guesing this movie isn't very well known, or talked about. |
Sat sau ji wong (1998) ... maybe? I watched about twenty minutes of this film last week (it was dubbed in Spanish, but they didn't talk much in the final scene anyway)
My recommendation: I'd search over the entire filmography of Jet Li, if only because relatively a third of his films revolve around the story of him being an assassin looking to restore honor in the land. |
I checked out a bunch of stills and Sat sau ji wong doesn't seem like the flick I was looking for, however I'm compelled this check this one out, seems like a good movie.
I don't think it had Jet Li in it, and I'm starting to think it was definitely not a Chinese movie. Probably Japanese, although it could've been a Korean flick as well. I need to call this DVD shop owner in Boulder, CO...he has thousands of asian imports, and sitting around in his shop he watches them all day. I've rarely met someone who's seen more movies than him. |
