Get morphed into this style???? I don't like it at all, it's silly, and IMO dumbing it down.

I at least liked the style of Transformers: Beast Wars. But this looks like complete trash, and the episode that is playing now.... it is horriffic.

Anyone else have an opinion?

That's the cartoon fashion right now. I think it started with the new Batman series. Teen Titans is an example of it. It's got the Tartakofsky/McCracken ex-Hanna Barbara feel. Same look as Star Wars: Clone Wars (not surprising, considering Tartakofsky's directing SW:CW).

Besides the crappy animation, it seems like an exercise in redundancy to me. I mean the transformers tv show have always been animated. I guess Transformers : Gummies didn't test well with the focus groups.

While I'm pleased to see the kiddies these days getting exposed to kickass shows like the Transformers, I can't help but think that maybe they'd be better off just rerunning the series from the 80's. It was cool, and the transformers looked realistic (well. . .as realistic as a 30 foot tall transforming robot can look) as opposed to these . . .Things. . .they do now.
