Trying to remember movie name
 

Does anyone remember the name of this movie? (saw within last 3-4 years)
The single dad is a security guard, teenage daughter and a younger teen son.
Daughter meets guy at gas station on the way to the beach with her friends, becomes boyfriend and the dad hates him. The bf is a crazy violent guy as they later find out, nasty confrontation at the end.
The actor who plays the dad is in a quite a few movies but I just can't remember his damn name!
Any help with the name of it would be appreciated!:thumbsup:
