That kitty looks familiar.
Did Nancy have something to do with it, clavus? For some reason I thought of her when I saw it. Nice work, either way.

Thanks, all. If it gets enough votes for threadless to start selling them, I'll let ya know. NOTE TO MODS: This thread is not intended to promote my shirt or the threadless.com website on tfp, hence no hyperlink.

that's pretty cool, clavus. i really like how you've used the green of the shirt as the green in the cats eyes. that's a big ball of yarn behind it, right? if not, please pardon my ignorance.
and now for my editorial (no intention of thread jacking)... i love the idea of threadless... but i hate that they sell the shirts so cheap! grr.... it makes the price of my shirts seem too high. once again... i encourage all of you to MAKE YOUR OWN shirts. it's remarkably easy. i'll post a step by step photo tutorial if y'all beg enough. /pulls out white glove, slaps clavus in his virtual face/ i challenge you, clavus... to make this shirt yourself! so there.

I'd like to get some of my characters onto t-shirts, not for selling, just for me and a few friends. As for the cat, well, I like it. The overall color scheme and the sharpness of the design works nicely. Nice work. |

clavus, put up a link. i will give your shirt a deserving 5 vote!!!
*loves it* & if they print (why wouldn't they?!), i'll probably buy it. (even though green ain't my fav t-shirt color. so that says a lot.)

i don't mean to put words in the mouths of others (in general i love to put things in others mouths, just not words) but i think i speak for all when i say, we'd love to see your shirts. show it off, my brutha. oh, and the challenge came BEFORE i realized that they pay you $400 + some store credit if you get picked. good luck! (i voted a 5 for ya)
