Thanks! I'll add more as I do them-this is really fun!
|
in-fucking-credible!
seriously. I've long been a big fan of flowers in art, and i'm a big ng fan. put the 2 together, and it's like magic :) |
The first one overwhelmed me. I'll have to compose myself and come back to it later. Ther one in post 4 is mezmorizing. I can't stop looking at it. You have true talent. Would you mind if I made the art in post 4 the desktop of my computer?
|
Cool stuff... is the second image what the daffodils looked like originally?

Heh....I already did and it will remain so unless Dawg tells me otherwise....so there |

Use them as you please for personal use-I have no problem with that-art is to be enjoyed and I am more than happy you all are enjoying mine so much. Thank you! :icare: I just had a thought-these were saved for web, so they are very lightweight and may be pixellated. If you would like a TIFF version that's better quality, PM me with an email address that can handle heavy attachments and I will send it. This is for TFP'ers only. All else, $10. |
Much thanks!! Your talent is matched by your grace. I'll enjoy this whenever I am at my computer, which is quite often I must admit.
|
Absolutely gorgeous, ngdawg! I love that the originals are last, it helps to get the full effect of your artistic manipulations.
|
Wow! These are wonderful! Did you do this with Photoshop or something else?

I used Photshop and a plug-in called Xero. Xero has a filter called 'titanium', which was the first thing I did to these before going further.
|
i really like that last one...nice work man
|
I'd love to see what you could do with tulips
Those pics are beautiful girl :) |
The last one is my favorite. Beautiful work, ng. :)
|
paper mums?
|
Great work, ngdawg! Absolutely beautiful.
|
Wow. These are really awesome. Fantastic work Ngdawg!
Asta!! |
same mums
It never ceases to amaze me that I simply cannot use the same series of steps from one item to another and expect to achieve similar results. The mums are very hard to pinpoint-I couldn't do anything to them that I did to the daffodils. More to come....

Oh! Maybe I should clear up the thread title! I was in chat, remarking that I was getting daffodil juice all over the scanner to which Tecoyah replied, 'There is such a thing as being TOO creative'. :)
|
ng - i can't stop staring at those last pink mums ... they're haunting.
love it! :icare: |
Tec wanted to see what I painted, so...
