Random trash from a new user.
Here's some random ink scribble for you guys to criticise and whatnot..
Added another here http://www.tfproject.org/tfp/showthread.php?t=67747 This old guy was a draft for a series of four 3 colour lino reduction prints. Drawn with ink + eyedropper + plastic ink tube from a ballpoint pen made into a quill type thing; Another eyedropper + ink tube thing; This is a draft I done today for a set of 4 black+white intaglio prints next week.. hopefully without the ink stained paper and permanent marker next time; An old backdrop I made in photoshop 7. Not really an artbook scan, but eveything except the guy with the ear/dread thingys+skyline were small artliner drawings from another sketchbook. Finally, the big ugly self portrait that stares me in the face all day. Huge + Spooky. Done with compressed charcoal; |
I wouldn't exactly call your work trash BHabarow!
You have such an incredible eye for detail and coloring - I especially enjoy your ink drawings :D |
Not trash at all. Very expressive, free flowing lines there. Almost fearless.

Hail Citizen!
Excellent stuff. It's a nice survey of 4 different styles of work. I like them all. I want to see more. At your earliest convenience, -GH |
Great stuff. It makes me want to play with ink.
|
I like these so much. They're great. I'm not buyin' it that you think that these are not too good. The first and the last one look like they've been created by a proffesional euro-poster artist. Great job!
|
This guy is a real pro.
|
Thanks for the comments, and no, I don't particularly hate anything I've done. I have a tendancy to talk like that about everything. call it habit. Plus I posted this the evening I got back from hanging misc trash and torn bedsheets in trees. Gah. The things they make you do at college these days.
|
Man that's awesome. I like all of them. You have a serious skill in art. Keep up the good work and post some more of your art!

the first and the third are my faves from the bunch, but i like them all. if you were fishing for compliments. you got mine! good work. your style has lots of energy. keep letting it flow.

They are all great, but I love the building, so much so, I would buy it for my living room.
|
dude your talented like heck. awesome stuff! +fav haha
|
i think they are tight, infact the backdrop is now my desktop wallpaper and the guy with the sword is badass
|
Count me as a fan. That tall building is phenomenal.
Did you go to art school? |
I love these!!! especially the 3rd one :)
|
I really like that last one. I've never seen anything else like it.

|
Got as definite style about it. I don't know quite what you call it, but I like it.
|
These are definitely not trash imo. The fact you are doing some of these with an eye dropper is amazing. Create more would love to see them.

don't knock the talent

Good job. Interesting work that deserves a positive comment. I like the tower in pen/ink. It's a nice mix of Italian and Arab architecture. What was your reference?

This is some really nice work! It reminds me of some stuff I've seen come out of the ArtFusion Project's showing at Hell City.
Very nice stuff. It seems to have some nice influences from several of the more "underground" genres, but with a unique quality that makes it 100% yours. |
Very nice work!
I like the warrior with the sword the most. The purple works really well. Please share more as it's completed. |
Wow. Great work, not anything I'd call trash. :)
|
