Grip cut
 

For about 2 years now i have been making my own griptape cuts on my skateboards. It has gotten quite popular with the younger crowd, and they are now imitating stuff ive cut into my board :D

anyways, i got a new board not long ago, and i decided to make a gripcut... i decided to go with the letters TX because thats what they call me, Tore Extreme, but i screwed it up when drawing up the cut on grip, and it mirrored on the board :( so i salvaged the gripcut and made the T to an I and i had 2 possible roman numbers, 9 and 11... this got me thinking, would someone draw the link to 9/11?

that's what i thought when i first saw it, but i'd say that won't be a very common interpretation. If there was another I after the X it could be seen that way. If anyone notices you can say it's social commentary.

depends on how you look at the board :D if youre goofy you see 9, if youre regular you see 11... just turn the board 180 and its an 11 :)
