My quest for an easy $2000...
 

So, on threadless.com there is a system of voting for designs submitted by members which will in turn hopefully be sold as part of the catalogue. Pretty straight-forward stuff: make something fashionable and get it put out there. The big deal with this particular site? If they choose your design, you get $2000 plus a $500 store credit. Yeah, baby.

Being me, I want that fucking money. In turn, I've begun testing designs for T-shirts and plan on submitting every one I can. My first isn't particularly good, but I'm working on something streamlined. Hell, maybe they will like my slapdash style, I dunno. Here's the first, let's call it the "prototype":

Here's hoping they accept and allow it to be judged. I want to see what these people want in their shirts.

I like it. Clavus tried to get on threadless a long long time ago...I can't find his thread though. Maybe he can give you some tips.

Threadless t-shirts are way cool. One of my favourite oldies is Darth Gardening.

Unsurprisingly, they declined because it 1) needs work and 2) contains copyrighted material. I guess I will have to work on something with a streamlined look after all...

This looked fantastic without color, but it's my latest submission, which will no doubt be turned down.
