Photoshop CS3.
I tried Photomatix, which is nice for automatic calibration, but in CS3 I had more control over the output.

I especially like the last one.. or the first one! I can't decide! How do you do HDR?

You take multiple exposures of the same scene (helps if you have a tripod...I didn't) and combine them using a third party application.

Great pics! You were out in my neck of the woods, too. I live in Spring Green. your use of HDR really brings out the larger than life feel of that weird roadside attraction.

This was my third time going there. Since I visited it the first time, I've tried to go every summer.

Awesome... especially love the second one (and naturally, being a music nerd and all).

HDR is awesome, I love the way it turns an everyday image into something spectacular.
These shots are beautiful. That's a cool place you were at! I'm tempted to try and make some myself.

Thanks!
The sky was overcast and it looked like it was about to rain. I like how you can't even tell from those shots.

Very impressive, and as Will remarked, very tasteful and 'natural', not in any way trying to instantly grab the attention with blunt bursts of color.
I like this explanation very much on the topic of understanding HDR: WikiAnswers - What is HDR photography
