art on the cheap

forgot about this. what i did was go and buy several plain white tshirts and a few textas of varying thickness and colour and diy my own tshirts. this was the 1st one i made which was simply some powerlines and a horizon. took less than 20 mins of work all up and saved the "i don´t have anything to wear tonight" since i could create what i wanted

What are textas? Are they some kind of paint marker pen?

Ahoy!

I like that image and would like to see more.
I have been meaning to do this too.
How does it stand up to multiple washings?

never really intended it to stand up to washing but a quick wash and the ink has survived twice sofar. when they get faded enough i just draw over the top

Hey thats sweet. That reminds me of my old warehouse job, me and a friend would sharpie pictures onto our work shirts.

They would actually stand up to quite a few washes, and as you stated, you simply re-draw it when faded!

Keep up the good work.
