Wow! What a big step! I doubt I'll ever get to your shop, but kudos on the opening.

I checked out the samples movie, great stuff. I especially like your portraits, you capture some great emotion in the faces.

Hi Lewis. It is wonderful that you are starting a gallery in such a prestigious location. It has been decades since I was last on Granville Island, but I will know where to stop in when (not if) I am in Vancouver again. You do such beautiful work, I am glad there is enough to carry a gallery. Congratulations!

'My Bali High' is an abstract inspired by a trip to Bali. 'Indian Girl' and 'Trust' (the full face little girl) are to do with power and love.

Oh, and I forgot, I'm just finishing off 'Receding Snow'. I'm getting more and more interested in a new voice in art for the First Nations people.
