Hey guys and gals.

As my first post here is my latest acrylic in the background and my kids in the picture...

Oh man, clavus totally screwed with my head. For about 3 seconds, I was studying the picture with geat intentisy trying to figure out if the bed and cats were acrylic. Hahahah

Still, that's a really amazing picture. It reminds me of Autumn (probably the orange/black/yellow combo). I like it a lot.

lol, thanks guys.

I need to try and shoot it in some sunlight to capture the color a little better. The black is actually a darker blue but it doesn't photograph well...

Excellant. Very well done. That looked a lot like my 2 cats. (only thinner) I have 1 cat w/tail and 1 w/o. Enjoyed your paining.

I like your cats - and your painting. It reminds me so much of art from the 70's - is that the source of your inspiration?

Hey you, the blue is a bit closer but a little darker. Thanks for touching it up...

Inspiration wise I have no idea at all... I started with a sketch on the medium chose the color neat from the tube and it kept changing to what it is now as I tried to get more of a fluid feel to it. I just kind of went with the flow and like the results.
