Tilted uterus makes sex difficult (painful) especially if he is slightly on the big side. Need a little input to solve the problem - assuming that there is a solution other than getting one who has a micro penis. Length not thickness is the problem.

Welcome to the board, Pakipilot! It's always good to see another woman.

I honestly had never heard of a tilted pelvis (aka pelvic obliquity). Now that I've looked it up, it sounds incredibly painful. I hope you're getting treatment for it. Have you considered mentioning your discomfort during sex to your chiropractor? Where is the pain exactly - is it in your lower back? I assume you've already ruled out the existance of a concurrent gynecological condition such as vaginitis or an infection on your cervix.

I found this link: Pelvic-Obliquity Exercises | eHow.com which recommends a pilates regimen to help with adjusting a misalignment. It also explains how to identify when your hips are unaligned.
I like Pilates, personally. While I don't share your condition of a tilted pelvis, I have found it helpful for my own problems with my right hip - it pops out of the joint if I'm not a little careful about its placement during sex.

In addition to seeing a chiropractor, try seeing a physical therapist. There are PTs who work specifically in women's health, and I'll bet that a lot of them have dealt with tilted pelvis before. I'd ask your OB/GYN for a referral.

Please note the correction its a tilted uterus. The doc wants me to have an operation but I am scared of going under the knife "down there"
