Breast Pain - Ouch!
Does anyone else have localized breast pain, particularly just before your period? I know some breast ache-iness is normal, but the upper left part of my left breast just HURTS like crazy right at my period. Is this normal? I've done self exams, and have had mammograms. How can I rid myself of this ache?

Talk to your doctor. That'd be the best advice I could give, if self-exams and mammograms don't show anything abnormal.

Also be aware that there are muscles underneath your breasts. Usually that's what my "breast pain" ends up being, a pulled pec. And yes, breast pain is not unheard of, especially if you are on hormonal birth control, and especially around your period. I also get breast pain if I wear a bad or flimsy bra. So there are a few things for you to look at.
