Greetings.
Wont post a lot in this thread... Just getting the ball rolling. I came here after a few Google searches on various topics where I read a thread or two and liked the folks and "atmosphere" of the joint. I am active on one other board relative to old HD motocycles. Don't care much for the new ones, nor many of the people that ride them, and I literally *despise* Harley Davidson due to experiences with their dealerships. They want to sell what I look and act like, but they don't give a rats ass about old bikers who aren't about to drop $20K on a new bike. I fly sport kites. Hey, it's cheap entertainment after the initial investment. I'm into astronomy - used to be active on SPACE.COM. But the NASA bashing got to me so I just lost interest. Built my own 'scope, but living in Dallas isn't a real bonus if you're trying to look at the sky. Oh well... That's enuff for now. I'll poke around a bit. Laterz... -tb2 |

I was bored at work and was looking for something funny to read, so I did a search for funny sex accidents, and this site came up in google...and that's how I got reeled into coming here.
My real name is Matt...and I am 24, with a fiancee and a son. I love Trance, House, and anymusic electronic as well as 70's and 80's music, and early to mid 90's punk. I am also a big Sci-fi nut. Well that gives you the basics, oh and I am also self conceited, attention getter and full of myself...so don't say I didn't warn you. You can call me God |

Greetings everyone.
I'm new here, but this place comes with a lot of praise. After hearing good things from friends about the forums here, I checked them out and am really impressed by the maturity and quality of the posts. The users also seem to be very friendly, and I like how pretty much anything can be talked discussed. A little about myself.. I live in Pennsylvania, am currently attending college and working part time, with no idea what I intend to do when I graduate. I like driving (cars) a lot, and am a big fan of chilling (hence the name), as well as hanging out with friends and watching and playing fantasy sports. Here are a few fun facts about me, and things I've done lately: The last good book I read was American Gods by Neil Gaiman. My favorite movie is Super Troopers, and my favorite show is Seinfeld. I'm addicted to Trident gum, and go through a pack every day or so. It's good stuff, and also healthier than harder drugs. Lately, I've been sleeping outside on my back porch with a sleeping bag and cot. It's great, and the closest I've been to a camping atmosphere in years. I like animals a lot, and will go out of my way to help them. I'm not a fan of people killing them senselessly, but I'm not a vegetarian, so I can't complain too loudly. I intend to vote, and was impressed by W's showing at the debate last week. It's not that he did well, as much as he showed he actually knew what he was talking about, and thus is deserving of some props. Despite this, I am not implying I'm voting for the guy. If I could offer one bit of advice it would be to enjoy life, and if you aren't enjoying life, make changes so that you can. Take care, and it's great to be here. I'm really glad I found the forum here, because it appears to have everything one could want out of an online meeting place. |

Hey Hey.
Hi everybody, I've visited these boards a few times prior to this post, and I have to admit, they are awesome stuff. I enjoy the non-bullshit admins.
I've also met a few of you in #TFP, another awesome gorup of people. Anyway, see you around.

Until 15 minutes ago I had never heard of this forum. A page came up on a Google search, I spent a few minutes reading a thread and was immediately intrigued.
I'm outgoing in person - one of those annoying people who delights in public speaking - but online forums/discussion groups tend to intimidate me, probably because most groups seem to have a little clique of elitists that know more than I know [or even want to know] about whatever topic it was I found interesting. This group, however, seems different. I'm pleased that I found it. About me - I'm a 27-year-old American girl who teaches English and Science to new immigrants from Latin America, mainly Mexico. I'm also the newly-crowned Sex Ed teacher, and since I teach 11-13 year old people - well, you could say I'm a little nervous. Maybe nervous isn't the right word - filled with dread - what's the best word to describe that? Terrified? Maybe this is why I'm getting a Masters in Library Science...get me out of the classroom, please! Other than that which is the main thing that fills my life [my job], I'm not married, I don't have kids or pets, and being an only child, I love my current living situation. I spend my evenings switching between every cable channel that plays rap/hip hop videos, which I know would shock and amuse my teenage students. I love many kinds of music, art, and literature, especially Indian lit these days. Right now my goal and constant obsession is planning a trip to India for next summer. Right, so I'm going to read a little more before I jump in talking too much - Thanks for having me. |

First I would like to say the charter kicks ass.
Hi, I'm a 20 year old male from Texas. I've been to alot of forums and its great to finally find one with members active around the times I'm on(10pm-6am central). As for work I'm unemployed right now got 11 more weeks till I head of into the military. I'm single. My favorite movies are Pulp Fiction, Momento, 25th Hour, Collateral, Equilibrium, and Scarface. I'm into reading, I recently read Dan Browns collection and House of Leaves by Mike Danielewski, a really fucked up novel if anyone is into wierd shit. In the upcoming election I'm voting for Micheal Badnarik. Examples of bands I like are Atreyu, Finger Eleven, Thursday, From Autumn to Ashes, Murder by Death, Sponge, Fuel, Full Devil Jacket, Audioslave, and Journey. However I do occasionally listen to other genres as well. Need to know anything else just ask |
