Howdy kids. Came for the porn, stayin' for the tons of other cool stuff.

I'm a NC-based jarhead gearing up for depolyment at the end of the summer. I drink lots of beer, shoot things, blow shit up, watch soccer, play an assload of PC games, and always enjoy a good meal or vacation.

I see the potential to make lots of good friends & acquaintances here, and possibly even help a few people out along the way. Glad I stumbled across the place, and I hope I'm here for a good long while.

You're so lucky! I used to be a huge Cure freak, but I sort of lost interest after Wish came out. Wild Mood Swings was just too different from their earlier albums for me. I do appreciate how much better Smith has gotten as a guitarist though.

You've got to hear the new album then. It's pretty amazing. The guitars are hard and heavy. It was up on VH1 but don't know if it's still there or not. This album was produced not only by Smith but also by Ross Robinson. He's produced Slipknot and ugh, Limp Bizkit. You can really tell he's on this album.
