Halfway here, halfway gone.

Interesting site from what I've seen so far.

We'll try not to hold that against him.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Jon Von Bastid!

Welcome Tully Mars. We're not actually the idiots we appear to be. Except me. I'm as dumb as I look.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone.

Never been to Belize. It was high on my list when I got to the Yucatan. About a six hour drive from my current address. Saving everyone my entire life story... I moved to the Yucatan from Oregon this past September. I got here just days after hurricane "Dean" made a visit. In the words of Maxwell Smart- "Missed me by that much."

I'm living in a small fishing village near Merida. Been making lots of day trips and a couple over nighters. Most recently I spent a couple days in Playa Del Carmen and Cozumel. Anyone suffering from an excess of cash can find relief, as well as topless ladies, in either location.

Looking forward to hearing about your thoughts of Belize. I heard it's great if you stay on the "Islands." Haven't done enough research to know exactly what or where the "islands" are. Have heard one horror story after another from people who went to Belize City.
