Hi Everyone
I'm really lousy at these intro threads, but here it goes..
Hello..I'm a forum refugee, and I followed Gabdia, who followed Angelica, Fish, and Ritzy over here. I just straggled a bit. I'm a Registered Nurse, and I live in Florida. There you have it..that's probably more than I've ever written in an intro, so I'm going to take some aspirin and lie down to recover. |

Hi, IdolGirl! My grandmother, mother, and sister were/are nurses!
Your crew have been finding their way into the threads quite nicely. Welcome.

Hey....there's "me". Wondered when I would get here.
To catch you all up, Idol and I think so identical, people think we are one in the same. In the interest of keeping everyone guessing, I'll leave you to wonder if I just posted to myself. (ASA, pfffttt!) ps: Banshee, and seems like one other, is running around here too. Oh, and Grid's already been banned. SHOCKER |

Welcome IdolGirl! My cousin is a nurse. It's a challenging career. Hope you folks like it here at the TFP!

Yes, we are a rather unique bunch. Well, I take that back. It seems there are two types of nurses. The sick and twisted, and the Florence Nightengales. I sometimes wish I was in the latter Quote:

thank you for the welcome The newbies are still blissfully naive, and some are easily spooked. There is a certain amount of enjoyment to be had by locking some giggly new girl in the morgue cooler. (bonus points if the cooler isn't empty). I was very fortunate...I was running 911 calls for 9 years, so I had seen more than half the floor nurses I met, and didn't come on the job completely green. I had about 13 years of medical field experience before I became a nurse, so I had a good grip on things. It definitely made school a heck of a lot easier, too!! |
