Just to be unusual, I was pointed here from someone on the SPF. I am also a member of a couple of New Zealand forums, Blah and TradeMe; and I spend most of my online time on the Angstlust Boards forum. Most of them I join just for the writers corners :)

I think I got it from Fark, but not directly... I think around the same time I found Fark, another friend told me about TFP and it was all over. I come here all the time now. :)

Hey... a newbie here =)

I was pointed to this website by an online friend I played an online game with (Everquest).

A work colleague about 2 years ago at a guess. I haven't posted in about 12 months, and boy is it a different place these days. It's like the little brother that's grown up who you don't recognise at the airport when you get back from an overseas trip. Or something like that.

I came from fark way way back in the day, like 2 years ago... I've introduced like 4 or 5 people to this site too...

Nope, I didn't find out about FTP from anyone else --- just like most people, I found FTP through FARK. I am now interested in passing this on to others who may be interested.
