Quizmas: A Chat Event
 

I know that not everyone gets as into the season as I do, but I'd like to help...

I own a little book called Quizmas that is pretty much what it sounds like: a book of Christmas trivia.

So I was thinking that I would like to host a TFP trivia night, except have it a Christmas edition.

It would be on the 22nd at 8:00, right in TFP chat.

What do you think?

I wouldnt be on chat that night, but you might want to specify what time zone 8:00 you're talking about so people know whether they are available. My guess is you meant 8:00 EST?

Aww... I'd move the night to include amonkie, (you know I would!) but I'm supposed to be busy on all of those other nights. -_-

And yes, I most definitely mean 8:00 in the evening, Eastern Standard Time.

Damnit, i'm going to be out to dinner with the rest of the staff and execs that are part of my club at school.

But then again, I know nothing of Christmas. So all my answers will probably be "uh... pass..."

sounds good, but I've never gotten the chat thing to work for me. It logs me on, and about 3 seconds later, boots me claiming that someone else is registered with my name.

As soon as you log on, type this:
/nick Lucifer|TFP

and press enter. You shouldn't have a problem for as long as you're on.

So, I was supposed to run this tonight, and there hasn't been much feedback.

Also, I forgot the book and I was planning on running this from Simon's place...

Perhaps if there's more interest, I'll run it another night.

Be there as soon as I get home from work. I'll have the wife and daughter there, too. Warning, all my two year old can say is "no".

That's better that the 48 year old customer I have who all they can currently say is I need it now...

Unless there are objections in the next 18 or so hours, I'm going to unstick this thread seeing as how Christmas is over :)
