NC/Southeast US get-together
 

We've been talking about this for long enough. Let's do it! Ratbastid and I volunteer our great big new party house in Greensboro as TFP central. All you southerners, come sit on the porch or in our backyard hammock and kick back with a mint julep, or a margarita for those of us who think mint juleps are nassssty. Here are the weekends that would work for us:

October 15
November 12

Mmmm, damn, how far is Greensboro from Rochester?

you would try to have a party 14 days before the wedding lol (plus thats the weekend of the Highland Games down here and NO way am I missing those :lol: )

and November 12th as right after we come back from the honeymoon

so we'd be out either of those dates :(

If you did it in the springtime I might be able to manage to come up from Orlando, as I will be living there from January to June. :)

Maybe this will be the first of the bi-annual Southeast Meet-Ups, then.... We could do another one in the spring sometime.

A spring one we could make.....we'll have more vacation time then (ours will be all used up with the honeymoon)

K, my rellies are invading on the weekend of the 15th of October. My grandma has lymphoma and she'll be done with her chemo, but she's 80 and I might not get to see her again :(

OK, November 12 it is. That happens to coincide with the "anti-frat" party we're throwing with a bunch of our wild friends here in Greensboro. None of us belonged to frats in college so we missed out on the whole experience - we're basically going to play loud music, get a keg, and wear togas. Seems like a perfect TFP event!
