Just out of curiosity......
Over in another area we are having a discussion on taxing soda, fast food and such that the government deems unhealthy.
Whether these taxes truly come about is irrelevant to this hypothetical question, because I think we have 10-15 years before we actually see the regulations and taxes on these items.

umm your poll question trails off maybe try and shorten the question
but taxing unheathly foods, i have no real problem with it because i dont eat fast food more that once or twice a month and i dont drink pop.... but i could see how it could get people upset, but i think when im 50 i'll be more worried about how im going to make money with out social security rather than if the government is going to tax my cases of moutain dew

Your first two choices aren't really mutually exclusive. Enjoying life fully doesn't necessarily mean living an unhealthy lifestyle. One can enjoy life fully while eating healthy and live to be 90.
In fact, I'd say that if your health is so poor that you die an early death, whatever ailments lead to that death are going to prevent one from enjoying life fully. I and my family enjoy the healthy meals I prepare. It's not a simple case of "tastes good, bad for you" or "tastes bad, good for you". There's plenty of "tastes good, good for you" stuff out there.

I make a point to eat healthily, and enjoy it.
Eating unhealthily isn't something I enjoy, and therefore, I don't care if the government taxes unhealthy foods or not. That being said, I feel it is a person's right to eat and live however they want, providing it doesn't endanger others. Whether it is also the government's right to determine how we live our lives is debateable.

I believe you should be able to use your body any way you see fit as long as it doesn't endanger or reasonably infringe on someone else's lifestyle.
The government has no business playing Mom & Pop; I've already got a pair, they'll do me just fine.
