So. I'm watching one of my favorite movies tonite, which brings me to my question. If you followed the yellow brick road, and went to see the Wizard... What would you ask for? And you can only ask for one thing.

Well, the wizard I would ask for something from would be Gandalf...and I'd ask for Legolas. Or Aragorn. Or Faramir. I'm not picky.

Or else I'd ask Prof. Snape to let me be his assistant or apprentice...

i'd ask for a lil bit of the Wizards power... just a lil'!

I'd ask for superhero powers that enabled my to get wood at will. Oh, wait I can already do that. How bout invisibility?

I guess I would like the ability to speak any language. I think it would be fun to have the ability to speak with anyone world wide.

New eyes.

My perscription is presently around -13 diopters, and dropping. I also have very early glaucoma, and a slight tear on my right retina. On the other hand, except for the small visual wrinkle that resulted from the retinal tear, contact lenses correct me to perfect vision, so I can't complain too much. It sure would be nice to wake up and be able to see the clock (or my naked wife), however.

Definitely something else. I've already got a home, a brain, a heart, and courage.

Perhaps I'd ask for the power of an author over this world. Think big!

I guess I'd be ok with the Tin Man heartless hunk o'metal...but definitely don't want the Wicked Witch!

I'd ask for a billion dollars.

Then I'd have sex with 10 girls at the same time.

I already have a pretty big heart. I've been told I'm barely smart enough. I choose to live in Alabama, so that verifies my courage. My wife and I returned home last year, so that request is out.

I would ask for more time to spend with my wife.

I like the 10 billion dollars suggestion. That, or a big wang (my own).

i'd ask to be sent home... but then i'd lie about where i'm from so that i get sent away on an exotic holiday to mongolia or kazakstan, courtesy of the big man in green.

Umm to go home, I kinda like my bed, my computer and my gf. They're all at home...

World peace? Nah, Dubya has that under control.
I'd like to live for a couple of hundred - healthy - years. There are so many things to do and places to go on this planet

I'd want to be able to see the other guy's point of view. It'd be a helluva lot easier to get along with people that way.

You've got to be VERY careful, asking for world peace. The simplest way to get it is to exterminate the human race.

TexanAvenger: yeah, it'd be easier for YOU! I'd require HIM to see MY point of view as well. in fact, let's go all out and ask for universal telepathy.

Courage. It's the only flaw that I really have. All of my other flaws would be fixed with the simple addition of courage.

Dear God no...

Isn't this obvious? I would ask for one and only one things....10 more wishes...and then of course when I'm on #10, I'd continue to ask for 10 more, etc...could just ask for an infinite # of wishes...but why be greedy? ;)

I've spent the better part of 2 years away from my husband, and I think it's waaaaay past time to be home again :(
