I hate how printers DONT PRINT WHITE.

I saw some transfers with a white background. You'd probably have to cut out the areas where white shouldn't be, but it still allows you to make light colors on dark shirts.

Yeah, that's true i guess. Off white, maybe...

I love doing this sort of stuff. I've done one with a giant MSN emoticon (the XD one), one that says 'STFU', one that says 'mmm 1.5 pie' (from Weebl and Bob), one that said 'I slept with Michael Jackson and all I got was this lousy shirt' and an Emotion Eric t-shirt. The story is that we thought buying a shirt from his website was a rip off, so we made our own and were going to send him a photo and ask him to do the emotion 'I just got ripped off'. Didn't really work in the end, just a bit of fun :)

cutting out the parts that are supposed to be white is a total drag but its worth the effort ...

most of the time i just get lazy and order mine from tshirt hell or design my own from 99dogs :)

Yup, printers and iron-on transfer paper have changed the world. Now, cool t-shitrs are the domain of everyone with a computer, a printer and half a brain.

Luckily, people like slimsam1 and others in this thread have a full brain, artistic ability and a sense of humour, the elements needed to make those t-shirts funny and relevant.

I've had some ideas for t-shirts for a long time, even got some ideas from a thread on TFP, so I think I should get up off my lazy ass and do some stuff.
