Apparently those of you spewing the "racism" card dont quite understand how these things work.

There is no self defense if you intentionally conseal yourself in camoflage prior to the event.
There is no self defense if you adjust your gun prior to the event in order to kill more easily.
There is no self defense if you reload after the ONE man with a rifle is dead.
There is no self defense if you shoot a man in the back.
There is no self defense if you shoot an unarmed man running away.
There is no self defense if you chase a man half a mile to shoot him in the back.

He spoke english.
He lived in the US for 20 years.
He knew our laws, he could read the No Trespassing Sign.

Racism is not an excuse to break laws.
Racism is not an excuse to shoot people hunting on their own property.
Racism is not an excuse to shoot unarmed people.
Racism is not an excuse to fire, reload, and continue firing from a consealed position.

You can argue the semantics about the other people of his Race/Tribe. However to argue this man is justified is outrageous. To claim a white person could get away with this is simply ignorance.

I thank him for helping our country during the war, but I'll be glad when I see him found guilty.
