Pros and Cons of Country

In relation to the "Americans flock to Canada's immigration Web site" thread, I noticed that the site isn't exactly true when it comes to describing Canada.

Here's da poop, describe the pros and cons of your nation to others that are thinking about moving to your nation.

I thought I'd start off with Canada's Pros and Cons.

Cons
-40% of the total votes went to the Liberal party in the last Federal election. Yet, they got 69% of the total seats. the 40% represents a total of 25% of Canadian population.
-Our "Universal" health care is failing. In Brampton, Ontario, it takes a person waiting for a Bypass operation 6 months to get it. Compared that to Bill Clinton, who had no problem of waiting to get the same operation.
-Most hospitals are desperate for more bed. The lack of funding, bedding, doctors and nurses has forced hospitals officials to deny services to some patients, even those that require critical attention.
-Educational system is failing. The lack of funding of education in Alberta has forced some division to cut budget, close schools and put students in crowded classroom that lacks teachers and helpers.
-Oil and Gas price has made Alberta the riches and the only province debt free in all of Canada. That's good for Albertans, but also bad news because other provinces will want a bite of its cash supplies. All provinces are desperate for money and are mounting debt, especially those provinces that lacks resources, industries like Altantic and the terrorties.
-The Canadian armed force are using equipement that doesn't even work. In fact, in Halti where there are troops serving, they are practically begging to get the simpliest equipment such as latex gloves.
-Canadian beef industries is in trouble. Since the mad cow crisis, virtually all countries in the world has closed their border to live cows, but most opened their border only to butchered cows that has been tested for BSE, which is costy.
-The Canadian navy has recently purchased 4 diseal powered submarine. The problem? It doesn't work. The British navy originally build the Victoria class submarine, they failed to disclose the fact to the Canadian navy that the 4 submarine had problems since the day they were built.

Pros
-Canadian culture is one of a kind in the world. Canadians are open to adapt other culture and promote diversified culture.
-Canada has served in virtually all of United Nations peacekeeping operations since the founding of UN.
-Because of Oil and Gas boom, the Canadian dollar is enjoying a boast against American dollar. The highest since 1991 at $.82USD. What that mean is that items are cheaper to purchase.
-Drugs are easy to get in Canada. When I say drug, I mean all kinds. Even the US government are having trouble keeping control of Americans buying drugs from Canadian Drug-internet based companies that offers products for significally cheaper price.
-Hockey and Canadian Football are enjoying its best time in Canada due to wide interest in Canada compared to United States. Other sports such as NBA and MLB are having harder time attracting audience in Canada, which is one of the reasons why Montreal Expos folded.
-Canadian Hockey team are the best in the world. period. Don't even try arguing that with me buddy...
-Canada and United States enjoy the privilage of having the world longest unprotected border along the 49th parnell.

Can't think of anymore

Different rule compared to NFL, for starters, we only have 3 downs while NFL has 4.
