Oh the horror that is the Boost Mobile commercials!!! Old people should not talk like that!! Come to think about it, teenagers shouldn't talk like that either

When did advertising people start thinking that irritating potential customers was a good marketing technique? Admittedly I remember annoying commercials more than non-annoying commercials, but it just helps me remember what not to buy.

Edit: Polyphobic, a big part of my workday is spent dealing with Rocky's customers. They definitely attract a less than desirable demographic with those commercials

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! Christ. I HATE those commercials. That old fucker is incredibly scary. I start moaning, semi-bawling and curling up into a fetal position everytime I see those commercials.
I can't tolerate those commercials either. It's only because there's so.damn.many.of.them. Annoying. However, it does provide good fodder for my friends and I to make fun of on a daily basis.

Local commercials for Boone are annoying as fuck too. Especially Boone Drug with the e'er present catchphrase "Looks like Somebody forgot to take their medicine!" I would personally beat the hell out of the person who thought it was a GOOD idea to put that in the commercials. Same thing goes for the fuckers who came up with the idea of creating a series of story-telling commercials for Precision Printing in Boone.

Moral of the story: Boone, NC has the worst local commercials in the universe.

I hate that Target commercial where they're using Devo's _Beautiful_World_ but they leave out the part that makes it clear that the song isn't about what a wonderful place this is, it actually stinks. It's agravating and insulting and annoys the hell out of me.
