The FCC does not govern cable channels. Cable channels self censor usually to keep their viewers from complaining. Thus, no fines but I'd guess someone is in deap shit.

Opie and Anthony (a couple of dj's) offered up a prize ($200 or something) to any woman who could WOW (their term for baring breasts which came from their Whip em Out Wednesday campaign) the camera on live tv. One woman was successful.

I doubt anyone lost their job over this, seeing as how they showed the naked profile of a woman in the next shot. I don't think they much care about the little slip up.

And of course we have bigger concerns Cynthetiq, but Fox is always so morally high and mighty. And they have a slip up as this. I thought it was amusing and that other TFP members might be interested in seeing it.

Wouldn't it be nice if links were VISIBLE? You know, a contrasting color, and underlined?

Most of the time, I use a Javascript bookmarklet to remove all color; the text goes black, the background goes white, and the links are blue or purple, just as God intended.

i don't know about morally high and mighty, but okay. Running any channel LIVE 24/7 is very challenging, even here we don't do live events all that often and they present lots of challenges.

Yes, but I think that if you are going to run a story on limiting access to porn, and then actually show some porn unintentionally(defeating the entire purpose of the news segment), it is going to get a little attention. I mean, it's kinda' ironic. And funny. And of course there are bigger things to "worry" about, but what does that have to do with anything? Nothing wrong with poking a little fun.
