Well guys, all of these sleepless nights spent here talking with the rest of you during this school year has been fun. But all good things must come to an end, and unfortunately, my only final for this quarter is Monday, and Tuesday, I'm headed back to CT.

A lot has happened during this past year at TFP, some crazy discussions, some great people, but I'm going to have to take a "hiatus." Between going back to work, a second and possibly third job on the side, and building a 10.0 index race car, I'm going to be a busy camper this summer.

I have decided to pursue what I've wanted to do since I was 8 years old, so instead of returning here to OSU, I will likely be headed in a different, "less collegiate" direction, and I'll need a good part of this summer to finalize just how I'm going to go about pursuing these new plans.

I'm sure I'll be popping in here periodically to see what kind of trouble you guys are getting into, but until then, farewell fellow TFP'ers, and wish me luck!

Good luck, man. But...umm...don't give up on the collegiate pursuit just yet. I don't know of anyone that's been worse off for having an education. The longer that you put it off...the harder it is to go back. Trust me, I wish I'd have finished up mine.

I agree with Bill. The difference in a college education and no college education is worth almost any sacrifice. It sounds like your not too far away from that degree so I would just try to suck it up and knock it out....

BTW -- Good luck with your "Summer of the WarWagon".

Sorry to see you go, but hopefully you'll be able to figure things out this summer.

As for the not-so-collegiate thing, sometimes you've just gotta follow your heart. I'm doing something similar this summer, and I really think that college isn't always the solution for everyone.

But, be sure to stop back by, cause I've always really enjoyed your posts, and TFP won't be the same without you.
