more proof that crime just dosen't pay.

Very funny, I know. So has anyone else try to break the law to unexpected, and perhaps unpleasent results?

Friends of mine has two very large Rottweillers with the wimpiest barks you'd ever want to hear. The dogs themselves are kinda on the wimpy side too, but unless you know these dogs, you just see to big mean looking dogs.
Last year, they went on vacation, and left the dogs in the house, because of my schedule, I couldn't get there everyday to walk the dog, so they left the doggie door unlocked for the dogs, then I'd walk them while I was there and feed them. Which was every other day. I left the dogs on a Wednesday and when I came back on Friday, I walked in the front door and I wasn't attacked. There was also a strange car in the driveway. I walked to the dogs room in the back, and there was a strange man cowering in the corner as the dogs were sitting there talking to him. Cops called, man arrested (he admitted to arriving in thehouse Thursday morning, he'd been in the house, cornered by these dogs, who only wanted to play, for more than 24 hours. Hopefully he learned his lesson. (I know I nearly died of a heart attack.)

Funny story, thanks phred.
Same thing happened a few years back, but it was caught on tape. I saw it on one of those hidden camera shows they used to show on Fox or FX. A guys' gas kept getting siphoned from his camper, so he set up a hidden camera to catch the thief red handed. Worked too, with the same results as above.
