"Do you believe" - Mexican Airforce photographs UFO's
 

Mexico City — Mexican air force pilots filmed 11 unidentified flying objects in the skies over southern Campeche state, a Defence Department spokesman confirmed Tuesday.

A videotape made widely available to the news media Tuesday shows the bright objects, some sharp points of light and others like large headlights, moving rapidly in what appears to be a late-evening sky.

The lights were filmed March 5 by pilots using infrared equipment. They appeared to be flying at an altitude of about 3,500 metres and allegedly surrounded the air force jet as it conducted routine anti-drug trafficking vigilance in Campeche. Only three of the objects showed up on the plane's radar.

Unusual that it was filmed by the military. As the article says, militaries around the world are generally not known for stirring up hoaxes. (Though they do make a lot of mistakes.)

What kind of planes do the Mexican air force fly?

gee, there don't seem to exist any planes that don't show up on any radar and in low light conditions and at a distance they can be anything from training to testing.

I don't know, but I find it funny that an article about UFOs was brought to us by james t kirk. ;)

That was my very first thought. I'm not the type to be a conspiracy theorist, but I wonder why there aren't any more stories like this in the US, only vague rumors.

It's obvious those are just weather balloons reflecting light from swamp gas...no venus...

They said those images were not visable to the eye. They flew towards the objects and never came close.

The images were only seen through inferred (sp) And being that high up ,the air is cold. So the heat source was very prominent.

Anyways this is what i listened to and read.

Just saw that on CNN Headline news.. its funny how when someone has Alien/UFO pictures that they are always conveniently in low light or bad quality pictures.

perhaps the mexican army has discovered light bulbs and they were so stricken with joy and excitment like the caveman first discovering fire, they were jumping around with joy while holding them.
