Donation in lieu of contribution
I'm not the most talkative and lack the innitiative to contribute a whole lot of material. However, I greatly appreciate this site and am definetly willing to make a $ contribution. Though I might still be a lurker, will this keep me in good graces?

It is wise to contribute your words as well on here. Once in a while they will gut out the lurkers. If there's nothing for you to say (which is nearly impossible-there's something for everyone)- that's fine. Take the time to get to know the board. Sometimes the best way to do that is to hop into 'Nonsense' and contribute to a game.
You don't seem as though you are a lurker intending to just lurk. But what's the point of being on here if you don't post? We're all friendly and open here. You are always welcome. |

You know, sometimes I'm just not in a vocal mood. The last few weeks I haven't posted much around here at all. Part of that was that I'm real busy with my new business, and part was that... I just didn't feel like posting much. TFP is really the first online community I've been in where I'm something other than a lurker. So I can definitely relate. Sure, donate. Everybody should, anyway. But try and take the gag off once in a while too, ok? |
