if he's making somehting that's not for just personal use, then he can contact a lawyer and have him send a cease and desist letter because consent was given to a friend but not to the general public.
If he cannot afford a lawyer go to your local do it yourself legal group run by the BAR. They can help him draft a proper letter. Contact your state BAR for information.

Oy vey. Sounds like Harrasment.
Harassment Unsolicited words or conduct which tend to annoy, alarm or abuse another person. An excellent alternate definition can be found in Canadian human rights legislation as: "a course of vexatious comment or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome." Name-calling ("stupid", "retard" or "dummy") is a common form of harassment. (See also sexual harassment.) http://www.duhaime.org/dictionary/dict-gh.htm And if you don't like that Canadian definition harassment (either harris-meant or huh-rass-meant) n. the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group, including threats and demands. The purposes may vary, including racial prejudice, personal malice, an attempt to force someone to quit a job or grant sexual favors, apply illegal pressure to collect a bill or merely gain sadistic pleasure from making someone anxious or fearful. Such activities may be the basis for a lawsuit if due to discrimination based on race or sex, a violation on the statutory limitations on collection agencies, involve revenge by an ex-spouse, or be shown to be a form of blackmail ("I'll stop bothering you if you'll go to bed with me"). The victim may file a petition for a "stay away" (restraining) order, intended to prevent contact by the offensive party. A systematic pattern of harassment by an employee against another worker may subject the employer to a lawsuit for failure to protect the worker. http://dictionary.law.com/definition...cted=853&bold=|||| Note that the Sexual nature of the image can also be construed as sexual harrasment. yes, there is a case, but if school kids are doing it, your likely not to get any response from court, and even trying is likely to exasperate everything.
personally, tell your mate to grin and bear it, laugh with it (even if it requires valium afterwards) and things like that usually die down within a few days/weeks. |
