I am a representative of WSIB in the Toronto office, while I don't know about your location, I simply cannot let your incident go without an formal investigation.

Your description of the situation seem rather serious, even though reality is that some people "suck it up" to keep their job, I would like to point out that you are protected by federal legislation to reported the noted incident without retribution from your employers.
