Have a question for you guys...

Met this girl from tuttle, which is a town about an hour away from me. Really hot girl, nice too. After a week of not calling her (I was the one calling her usually) , she text me:

"Hey guy! I hope ur phone doesn't go off! But I have a question. What are you doing tomorrow?"

Text 2:

"HEEEY! Lol, well, why? it's cuz my friends and i are going 2 the movies and I want u 2 meet 1 of my friends! So write me if you get this, if not call me l8r"

I can't text, so I haven't responded yet, nor have I called, but I will. Question is, do you think she's trying to set me up with another girl? After all, it could just mean that she was talking to one of her friends about how she liked me, and that friend told her that she wanted to meet me to see what I was about.

I've only met the girl once for like an hour or two, and she's already told me that she's attracted to me and my personality, but I'm just curious if she didn't want to pursue, or maybe she likes another guy now.

Any ideas? Thanks all.

Gut reaction tells me she wants to introduce you to a friend to get that friends approval on you.

Sounds to me like she wants to set you up with her friend. But that's just my opinion and what I interpreted from that Text.

Girls introduce guys to their friends after they start dating someone, not before usually.

Go for it anyways, and see how it plays out.

I must agree that I don't think you can lose here mate, either you go out with her, or you get a chance to meet one of her mates! I mean even if nothign becomes you never know you could have another friend.. and if you wanna think futhre down teh relationship line.... she will also have friends

she didnt say she wants you to meet her friends, but rather ONE of her friends. that means she wants to set you up with her friend. this may or may not be a good thing. despite what TV and the movies show you, beautiful women do NOT travel in packs. there is typically 1 (ONE) really good looking babe, one average chick and one really fat or ugly girl. the chances of this other girl being as hot, or hotter, than the one you are interested in are very slim.

go for it anyway, I say. hell, even if girl #2 is fat or ugly, you might get a hummer in the theater.

You never know about situations like this. There was this girl that was flirting with me on a hayride in college. We were all drinking and having a good time. We got to the end of the ride, and we had a bonfire going with logs to sit on. I was sitting next to her when I had to go use the restroom. When I came back, her best friend had changed places with her friend, so that I was now forced to sit next to the friend. I thought it was strange and started talking to the friend. It turned out she was more into me than her friend was. I couldn't have told that on the hayride since she hadn't said one word to me the whole time. I ended up sleeping with her the same night.

worst case - she wants to set you up with the most bitchy, evil, vindictive woman on the face of the planet, who also happens to look like Genghis Kahn (no offence to ladies who may indeed look like Gengis Kahn, of course)

In either case, its easy to get out diplomatically, so go for it, and play it by ear. Can't go anywhere without taking a chance anyway...

Something I have noticed is that a sometimes a woman who wants you, but doesn't think she has a chance with you, will try to set you up with her friends since she doesn't think she can have you.

Either way, you can't lose.

Bro, stop reading into it and just call her back if you want. If she is setting you up with her friend, great. If she is using that as an excuse to see you, great.
