Geminid meteor shower peaks tonight
And it's raining like crazy where I live. The moon is supposed to be a problem this year as well, but that's a moot point for me. These meteors are typically brighter and longer lasting than the Perseids or Leonids. You might catch one any night this week. Take a look. There's few things cooler than seeing a long bright streak of a meteor shoot across the night sky.

Thanks for the "Heads Up" Gertie, and the great link, cchris. According to the chart, The best time for me here will be in about another 90 mins or so.
Hopefully, the clouds that dumped the snow and rain on me today will have parted!

i saw some tonight (15th). it was my first date with this chick, we went to the cliffs by the beach to talk (nearly pitch black) and watched the shooting stars all night.
