Okay, people say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. What food would you choose, if it were possible, to eat every day to keep the doctor away?

My choice would be cookies. Oreos, Chips Ahoy, Keebler and Girl Scout. I love cookies. They're great with milk or with coffee.

What food would be your choice?

If I were required to eat it every day, I'd probably grow to hate it, no matter what it was.

A heavy dose of garlic; chilli; and a lot of alcohol will certainly keep doctors wanting to stay away!

The food I'd choose to stay healthy? - Yogurt. It encourages the good bacteria in your body and they help to control any other bacteria or fungus that would harm you.

Food I'd LIKE to eat everyday? 2 Orange/Chocolate Milano cookies. They are heavenly.

heh. if i had my way i'd eat from my fave lil israeli resturaunt every day. all of the food they serve there is healthy, so it'd probably do me good to get well-balanced meals that are yummy. the only thing keeping me from doing so is cost. i can't afford to eat out every day or i'd be all about it.

Although I'd probably be sick of it if I ate it *every* day, I'd probably say that I wish a tomato a day kept the doctor away. But see, I only like fresh garden tomatoes, so I'd have to live someplace somewhat tropical. But I love me some garden-grown tomatoes...yum.
