Journal Users: When do you post?
 

I tend to write in my journal in the morning and in the afternoon, as I spend most of my time on the computer at work and then try to get away from it when I get home. When I refresh the journals during the day, there aren't many new entries, but when I get up in the morning, the entire "Recent Entries" section is full of entries I haven't yet read, and I've probably missed a few.

When do you tend to post most often in your journal? Is it related to when your personal thoughts are really churning in your head, or do just post when you do because it's most convenient?

I don't have a regular time.
My life is scheduled just about 24/7 with work, so, like the rest of what I do that isn't exactly work, I fit it in when possible.

I really only post when I have something to say and it doesn't merit its own post, or would be too long for a post.

Yeah, not much happens to me day to day so I really only write in it when something interesting happens that I want to remember later.

I ususally post in the evening or late night, but sometimes if I really have something bugging me I post it right away, morning, afternoon or night.

i'm not a habitual poster at all. i post every once in a while something major happens that i need to remember for a while.

Whenever I have something I feel is worth posting about.

I usually post something when I have something worth posting in there.

i teeeend to right late night. bcos im a night person. and i'm up late. and that is when i have my thoughts :P

I usually post in the morning. I can't at home, at night, since the wife and kids are around and interrupt on a regular basis. Plus, I don't want them to know about it. This also stops me from posting on the weekends, unless they're out of the house.

So, to recap, weekdays in the A.M.

I'm absolutely a "whenever the mood strikes" type of person as far as the journals are concerned.
Most often it's an end of the work day entry quite often followed by a late evening entry (if I can keep awake to log on, that is!!!)
Sometimes first thing in the morning when I get to work.......and too often at 3 in the morning when I can't sleep!
Okay....so it's looking like a 24/7 thing! :lol:

mainly late at night between 10 pm - 2 am. i am actually kind of anal about it at times. i know that if i slack off even two nights it will die... so i post daily unless i forget heh. i do post stuff if it is really interesting.

just lots of boring stuff in my life, complete with whining.

:) I was gone when this was originally posted. :) I post my journal whenever it strikes my fancy.

I usually post in the middle of the night, although I vary it up a bit. . .almost all of the time its after night has set.

Night to late night... That is when I have quiet time with no urge to be doing anything else. It has gotten rather addictive though - I check them constantly to see if anyone has updated theirs so I can read it immediately... I find your lives so interesting!

I don't get to the journal often enough to do it daily. I tend to get most of my frustrations and joys out when I talk to friends, and so its gotta be an extreme, or I have to be near my computer soon after it happens, in order for me to come here and write it all down.
