Seriously, it almost makes me afraid to have kids. I am single and 29 and I think about what will happen in the next few years if I get married. I hate hearing these stories because I will have to eventually put my kids through school and I don't like my options. I am sure private school would be the way to go, but there are still instances of just dumbass rules.

Right on the money jeebus. Zero-tolerance and manadatory minimums take common sense and compassion out of the situation.

bah.. screw them what i say... id just look my hs teachers in the eyes and describe the situation then politely mumble what they have in the teachers lounge.. heh case closed
