I've never gotten into a real fist fight. Like the closest is when I pushed a kid over in fifth grade for trying to steal my tennis ball and this huge like riot started with 15 kids just going crazy but I walked away.

I guess if you guys wanna count fist fights with siblings I've got too many to count. My brother and I both were not exactly Non-violent. lol

Also We were constantly over at the neighbors sparring with those two boys and their Dad when I was a teenager. It taught me a lot of good things how to defend myself when I'm sparring with a man about a foot taller than me and a hundred pounds or more bigger.

Of course i had to show djp the ropes of on ice brawling before he could become the enforcer he was but he soon blossomed into a good young pugilist. Now all we have to do is transfer our talents of fighting over to kicking some old folks asses for some of that money they are just sitting on. Common you know they have it coming!

While no expert on the matter, I've found most fistfights turn quickly into wrestling matches.

My punches have always lacked a certain oomph, but I was pretty good at wrestling in my younger days. Thankfully, it has been ages since I've needed to get in a fight.

They are best avoided, when possible. But if they must happen, it only makes sense to know what to do.

Two guys I fired came back into the warehouse and tried to beat me to a pulp, luckily I managed to get into the view of my co-workers, one of which stabbed the guys in the cheeks and teeth with a screwdriver.

Another fight was with my stepdad before I moved out. Ironically, my mother was a family violence intervention counselor at the time.

Only one of any significance and it was a doozey (sp?).

Without any details, even though the other kid started it, I ended up on probation for the last semester of my senior year in highschool.

The other kid ended up expelled the following year for....you guessed it, starting a fight.

Could be in another one here any day if the neighbor mouths off to me again.

the school i went to in california had lots of fights, and subsequently i was in a lot of them. there was no real reason, other than the fact that the kid you were fighting had something against you for some reason or another. i dished out my fare share of ass whooping and also got my ass kicked more than a few times.

overall i think fighting is a stupid way of resolving issues. even as you get older there is some idiot that thinks that by throwing punches that his beef with you is somehow gonna get resolved. people that believe this have issues and most importantly need to GROW UP

I have.... I was in the Army so there were fights all the time... I lost some , won some.... The best stories to tell were always the ones I lost..... But now I am 37 so I haven't been in one in years.... do kids still do it??? or do they just fucking shoot each other and get it over with???
