Just a Coke Ad!
 

I am almost convinced that I just imagined it. Its a question that has plagued me for YEARS.
This is all I remember, I hope you can help :confused:
It was back in the 80's & I was living in Ireland so maybe in the states they didnt show the ad. It was 3 guys on turntables all taking turns scratching the shit outta the "ALWAYS COCA-COLA " jingle.
They were in a dark room & i think there was blinds behind them sending streams of light in that cool 80's way but im not sure about that bit.
I was pretty young at the time & I thought this was the greatest fucking thing in the universe.
Ive looked everywhere for the Ad but I cant find it.
If any of youz remember the ad Id appreciate you letting me know that it actually existed & if anyone could direct me to the actual ad Ill gladly hand over my first born. :p

I think Coke dropped McCann Erikson as their ad agency in the early 1990's. The agency which came after McCann is the one that developed the "Always Coca Cola" jingle.

In the 1980's the slogan was "Coke adds life" (I think)

Maybe it was the early 90's then, but Im pretty sure it was the late 80's, could be wrong.

always coca cola jingle didn't happen until I was in NYC which was the early 90's.

I recall something of some dj's scratching the jingle...but I don't recall it that early in the 90s. The Coca-Cola store in Las Vegas, NV used to run almost all of the ads from the archives. I'm not sure that you can get a copy of it.

So It exists?
