my name is Jesiah
a fairly rare name, seeing as my mom made it up, and anyone else who has it has either also had it made up, or is of some ethnicity... interestingly, www.jesiah.com used to be a Christian rock group. luckily, they went bunk, so now I can get my domain back I just googled my name again, and found an interesting bible site that states that Jesiah is another translation of Issaiha.. and also found a RPG site of someone who used the shortening of my name along with my name - Jesiah & Jesi and now that I've posted this, the TFP will probably come up too |

I must be pretty important, as there were 45 hits from my name. And my name is not one that is repeated often. Many of them were from guitar tabs that I had posted, of course, but the other 1/2 were from newspaper articles

I've done a search for my own name, and I get tons of links for this goofy looking ba'hai/christian? musician guy, plus a couple for myself for japanese language stuff and martial arts sites.
Have been checking for a girl I almost dated when I was 12 years old (in 1992) for a long time now.... I really liked her, but my friend thought she wasn't cool.. and he called her and said I thought she was a 'stupid bitch'. I didn't have the strength of character to stand up to my 'friend' and I moved on. I've been trying to find her to apologize for about 6 years now (just for that, I'm engaged anyway - just want to let this girl know that I was sorry). If anyone knows a Nicole Beattie that used to live in Northern Ontario, Canada, send her here

One of the first links that came up when I Googled my first & last names was this site: Tim Smith dot Com about how I'm apparently running for Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I'm just so glad I don't look like that asshole.
Disclaimer: The comments made about Tim Smith above reflect no personal insult, as I neither have read nor care to read his site and determine whether he is or is not an asshole. |

I googled my name and got some photographer's site. I also found the site i made for my astronomy club back in high school, its still up on my server too.
I tried to google a friend because I knew her birthday was sometime in august but didnt know the day. Didn't find it I guess its harder to find info on a minor since they don't have that many records yet. I ended up just asking her. edit: I was also shot in the head when I was 17 in high school Last edited by 1337haxor; 09-01-2003 at 03:20 PM.. |

I've Googled my name and found out I'm a police chief in Canada somewhere. Of course, that's my adopted name I'm using. Don't know my birth name.

I've done it often with new people I meet and with all my old friends and family. Actually was helpful. Unemployment Services seemed to have hubby's information all wrong. Come to find out there is someone out in California with his same first, middle and last names. We let Unemployment know and hopefully things are straightened out now.

Googling for some of my old aliases and e-mails can lead to some fairly embarassing stuff. I mean, I was a young, geeky, AOLer, so I practically had no shame back then.
That's not to say it's not good for some laughs, tho. Especially the ones that aren't me. For example, I'm a woodcarving expert, apparently. |

Apparently there were a lot of women with my name in the 1700s and 1800s. Didn't find anything about me.
I've googled a couple of guys I've met online. Saw some embarassing freshman pics. heh

hm, i've done it before and doing it now.
just trying to find old friends and such, may be having a bit of luck. oh, and because of my uncommon last name, a search for me in quotes has no results. heh.

I do it all the time. Nothing wrong with it unless you accidentally get into there medical records or credit card numbers or something.
