Hilarious e-mail scam
 

A friend of mine received this e-mail:


We have just charged your credit card for money laundry service in amount of $234.65 (because you are either child pornography
webmaster or deal with dirty money, which require us to layndry them and then send to your checking account).

If you feel this transaction was made by our mistake, please press
"No". If you confirm this transaction, please press "Yes" and fill in the form below.


Then there are blanks for his credit card number and expiration date.

I haven't altered the text a bit. I was cracking up laughing!!! Anyone who falls for this DESERVES to be ripped off!

Yeah... if you get in touch with them they'll knock a bit off for prompt payment...

Ahahaha, man I got this same spam. The funny thing was, I had around $230 short on my bank account that I couldn't explain. I'm smart enough to know that the spam was bs, but it was an odd coincidense that the amounts were almost the same.

It had me going for a few hours, then my bank updated it's data and all was good :)

Hahahah! brilliant!

Things like this make me wonder if there are people silly enough to fall for it.

Fill in a fake or cancelled credit card number and see what happens.

Or if you have the cc of someone you don't like, you could cause some havok for them :-P

But I would NEVER ever do that! 0:-)

And add some letters in there :D

oh man.. i can't believe how stupid some people are.. i really don't think anyone could be THAT dumb though... do you??

Aren't these things used to see if email addresses are real?
Like, if you reply in the negative they still know its real?
