Heh. My cable connection dropped me a few days ago while I was on TFP, and I nearly shit myself.
Funny how we're all on edge now.... The way this works (and I speak from experience) is that the site will chug along just great for a long time, long enough for us all to forget about any of this crashing stuff. Halx will probably feel like it's stable enough that making backups is optional. Then when we least expect, it... **BOOM**. |

I've noticed it slows down a lot (could be my end)
And I tried to make about 5 posts late last night, but nothing happened after hitting "Submit Reply" - progress bar always stopped halfway.

maybe it's just me, but i've noticed tfp will get slower when more users are on the boards...
