The internet works wonders. Get on their website and email or call. Pretty simple solution to the problem.

I'm sure if you JUST put in the order a call to customer service can fix the problem. If not, try notifying FedEx/UPS of the blunder, and if that doesn't work perhaps see if that address exists and notify the person who lives there. Make a new friend

Find 1312 xxx Street and tell them what's up.

My tax return check has been showing up at a house down the street for three years now... it's a joke now.

okay... call the bungholes who won't change it and DEMAND tracking numbers for your merchandise (they hafta have those numbers on file), then call the delivery companies and get the info to them as soon as possible. this will save you from playing games with missed deliveries down the road.

Phred's right, tracking numbers are the way to go. Then call UPS/FedEx and handle it yourself. If you rely on the shipper to fix it, you're screwed.

Should be no biggie to get it rerouted.

i cant.

i called fedex and they said ONLY the sender can change the address.

if there is nobody at home or they cant find the house, they take it back to the depot and we can pick it up there w/ the ID

but, newegg being asssholes dont allow that. the dont let fedex hold packages, but immediatly ship 'em back.

Not true. I just received a package from newegg.com, and they left one of those obnoxious little sticky notes on my door saying they missed me. No shit I was at work. So they told me that the package was at the depot and I could go pick it up between the hours of _____. So just stay on top of it. You'll get it.

Newegg is usually the most cooperative to deal with - your tracking number should be on their website - click on order status and put in your stuff - Should work.

feeling tingly

I hope none of these items were emergency purchases...you may have to exercise some patience. It could be awhile before you see any of it.
